Jose brings more than three decades of finance and accounting experience, with progressive leadership responsibilities spanning Fortune 500 global operations, entrepreneurial startups, and small and midsize businesses.
His perspective spans wireless, telecommunications and internet infrastructure; network hardware, software and financial technology; professional, managed and support services; manufacturing; and transportation, storage and logistics. Experience within organizations such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Fiserv and Finastra complements leadership in smaller businesses, where financial decisions are closely connected to liquidity, resources, growth and the priorities of ownership.
That smaller-business foundation includes ISP Alliance, later rebranded as ZCorum, which helped rural telecommunications providers bring internet services to their communities; ERT Group, which implemented Microsoft accounting systems for small and midsize businesses; and Aplicor, an entrepreneurial software company.
Across these environments, Jose has connected financial management with commercial and operational decisions—working with leadership teams, boards, investors, and colleagues across functions to strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution. His experience includes global business partnering, business-model transformation, capital planning, controls, and acquisition and integration support.
